At this time for health coaching services, insurance is not available–it is self-pay. However, there are payment plans available. For counseling, I am an out-of-network provider for BCBS and can provide a SuperBill for you to get reimbursed. But, primarily, I am self-pay for counseling clients as well.

No, I have many clients who are not in person and am able to provide services via telehealth for both counseling and health coaching.

For health coaching, I run programs that are either three months or six months long. As for counseling, that is something that we decide upon after completing the intake and I am able to have a better understanding of the full picture.
